III. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

When you subscribe to our Newsletter, we retain your name and email on our Subscriber database until and unless you unsubscribe from the Newsletter. When you unsubscribe, your information is transferred to our Unsubscribed database, where it will remain until and unless you request the deletion of your data.

If you submit an inquiry through our Contact form, we retain your name, email, and the content of your inquiry or request, for 90 days after said request is completed, in case follow up is needed.

Information that you submit through our Subscribe to our Newsletter forms is processed through the MailPoet platform. The information collected includes your name and email.
