Basque Culinary Center
Located in Donostia - San Sebastian since 2011, the Basque Culinary Center (BCC) is "a unique ecosystem where training, innovation, research, and entrepreneurship coexist with the aim of developing and promoting gastronomy.". It is made up of the Faculty of Gastronomic Science and BCC Innovation, the Gastronomy Technological Centre.
